Data SoCal started with the idea of helping vocationally trained individuals use their skills in office administration to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofits in local communities. We are locally based and save companies money by lowering the cost of employee overhead and turn around time. We provide the same quality services at an entry level rate.
All of our Data Service Representatives (DSR) have been certified through various vocational colleges and programs. They are hand-selected by the CEO of Data SoCal. DSR's must pass a rigorous pre-contract process before providing services to clients. Our part-time employees and contractors have been trained in 10 key, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access. Our Data Service Representatives (DSR) type over 50 wpm and have experience in technology, medical, banking, and education.
DSR's work in partnership with Data SoCal to provide exceptional customer service and quality results to our clients. Data SoCal works with community organizations, educational programs and local nonprofits in the Los Angeles, California area.
